Ben Hopkins-Lefevre, Founder

Ben, Founder, H – L® Food & Drink Marketing

Ben's 20 years helping to grow numerous Food & Drink brands, starting with the launch of Virgin Wines' subscription offering back in the early 00's, and subsequent growth to over 100,000 early adopters.

As employee #2 at Naked Wines, Ben co-founded Naked Wines, the independent marketplace for winemakers & wine lovers, along with fellow wine entrepreneur Rowan Gormley and 10 other ambitious friends.

Since 2013, he's worked with the likes of Beer52, Gousto, Charles Tyrwhitt, Hotel Chocolat and Abel & Cole, developing their marketing strategy, creating long-term partnerships with other brands, and creating innovative solutions designed to drive customer acquisition and growth. As well as run a brewery under the railway arches for an action packed year!

In 2023, Ben joined forces with Grace Boughton and Hannah Cox after working together on many projects & client accounts within a local Norwich agency.


Grace Boughton ACIM, Campaign & CRM Manager

Grace, Email Marketing Guru, H – L® Food & Drink Marketing

Grace is a CIM-qualified digital marketer with in-house and agency experience, specialised in the delivery of digital campaigns and email automations across multiple CRM platforms.

As our Campaign & CRM manager, Grace oversees the creation and delivery of dynamic and bespoke monthly or quarterly campaign plans, uniquely tailored to meet the objectives of your brand or business.

Grace obtained a 1st Class BA Hons Graphic Communication and Illustration degree from Loughborough University, Grace is experienced in carrying out brand audits to gain a greater understanding of the tone of voice and brand consistency across channels. Working side by side with designers and strategic minds, Grace is passionate about achieving the best customer experience on behalf of clients.


Hannah (Curtis) Cox, Content Marketing Manager

Hannah, Copywriter Extraordinaire, H – L® Food & Drink Marketing

Hannah is our copywriter, SEO specialist and tone of voice guardian. With a wealth of both in-house and agency experience, Hannah has helped clients, both B2B and B2C, develop, preserve and unify their brand's tonal identity. Hannah prides herself on customer loyalty and retention, achieving exceptional engagement on brand-led soft content.

From auditing established websites to populating new ones, Hannah is experienced at optimising copy for search engines to great effect, as well as creating monthly SEO-optimised blog posts for both on-site and off-site usage.
With an MA in classical singing from The Royal Academy of Music, Hannah has mastered the art of captivating and engaging an audience. This skill has proved invaluable in the storytelling necessary for dynamic content creation.
