  3. We want to be known as the go-to Marketing, eCommerce and partnerships specialists for food & drink business owners seeking strategic input, a sounding board or some extra bandwidth. This is where we stand out for our clients, because we’ve been in their shoes, and worked through many of the experiences they may now be facing.
  4. We want to own:
    • Klaviyo email marketing for the food & drink industry
    • Growing an eCommerce drinks business (inc 0%) with subscriptions
    • New customer acquisition partnerships – inserts, competitions & swaps
  5. Our prospecting and acquisition of new clients will be laser-focused on brands we know we can make a material difference for over 6 – 18 months, whether there’s a need to improve email marketing or introduce automation, or a need to develop a subscription model that will engage and stick with customers.
  6. Our activities should help to sustain and grow our wider community:
    • We are always there for those we can help or support, be it our clients or potential clients, eCommerce partners, or fellow agencies
    • We actively participate in our local and national communities and contribute to events we attend or get involved with – after all, the power of any community as a whole comes from the input of its many parts
  7. We have formalised our continued evolution, updating our trading name to:
    HOPKINS – LEFEVRE® Food & Drink Marketing & Klaviyo Email Specialists, or simply H – L® Food & Drink Marketing.
